I just downloaded (and set up) MLCAD yesterday. I used the latest edition, and it created a parts list. But I've downloaded some of the DAT files from the models group and several things are puzzling me. I looked at the excellent tutorial, but did (...) (26 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

Hi, Thanks for the compliments. I used the domes, gate pieces, and 1x6x12? clear blue dome pieces from 6 Neptune Discovery Labs. I have 3 complete copies and traded for the rest of the parts. Hi, I am very new to the L-Draw scene and have a few questions about the parts. I just recently downloaded MLCAD and I like its format a lot. What I am wondering is where to get new parts that don't seem to be in the 'complete' file I downloaded at (...) (26 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

This model, called the litewing, uses a rubber band to turn the engine when the wheels move. I built the ruber band piece by bent piece using a light saber blade that I scaled down. A suggestion. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE allow fullscreen mode in the next release. My 3D card won't support windowed mode AT ALL!!! It will however support fullscreen mode. Also, allow the option of a different resolution. The lower the resolution, the (...) (26 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad)

This tank is pretty cool, except for the rebuild capability but the tank is the best thing to build among the pieces. 2 specially printed 1/4 circle bircks features the hull to this Armored Assault Tank. To pick up a recent discussion: your AT ST looks horrible, but... this is a completly new way of building. I agree with your judgement on my model. The head is obviously the most horrible thing of the model. Hopefully Lego will design new pieces for the front of the head (I can't really figure much to do about the slight slop and the windows). The (...) (26 years ago, 17-Aug-00, to lugnet.starwars)
