Re: New engine: DB103 for set #7740

(...) Absolutley stunning. I really like the way you captured the solidness of this engine. I think it's because of the great use of rounded edges on both the top, front and back. This engine really brings the 7740 alive. I may have to attempt a (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: My website is operational

(...) Although the dragons are green, the Dragon Lancers are part of the Black Dragons. Part of the reason is because I only have one black dragon. (Wasn't too excited about the Fright Nights line of sets) I liked the way you mixed a little (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Flying cars. Wheels like in "Back To The Futre."

(...) I've seen some pictures of some models that were actually used in the movie. Unfourtunatly, I don't remember the web address. The wheels folded down with some kind of pump, either pnumatic, or hydralic, I could't tell for sure. You might try (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

Re: Lego Shows and all that

(...) Well, for Penrith Plaza, how about this Saturday sometime, as it's on now!! Morning would probably be better as it frees up the afternoon. We could scope out the displays, buy more LEGO, loiter and generally make a nuisance of ourselves in the (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.au.nsw.syd)

Re: What is it about the brick that has us hooked?

(...) Tell me about it. At fourteen it was even more embarrassing, "What, you haven't grown out of legos [sic] yet?!"... now at sixteen I can at least say it's a hobby, not an overgrown toy! (...) Tell me about it... for me it all really started (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.general)

  Light Sensor

I am a neophyte. Most every thing worked as expected. I have completed the guided mode exercise for the pathfinder configuration. My light sensor doesnt seem to work, however.   My DeLorean LMKWYT (thanks whoever made that.)  [DAT]

This took me more than a week to make. Mainly because I had to think of how to get the things to fit together correctly. The wheels themselves took about four days, with six tries, all of which failed my needs. The wheels I finally came up with are (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Fighter Launch Rack and other Hangar Bay Questions

Does anyone have any ideas for a fighter launch rack? I saw one onboard a huge microfig carrier on this Japanese site and it looked very cool. It consisted of a weird technic contraption with the fighters attached to it. I'm building a carrier for (...) (26 years ago, 5-Apr-00, to lugnet.space)
