Finally, a question I can answer! To transmit a message to another RCX, use the Green Commands block, "Send to RCX." To program behavior on the receiving RCX, use the Blue Sensor Watcher, "RCX." The black turntable (1.25"diameter -12 stud) placed on the 2 4x4 green plates, all found in the $1.99 Defense Archer poly bag #4811 makes a very nice display stand for a favorite figure. What looks nice to me is that part of the way through, it mentions a giveaway of 5 RIS 2.0 sets, and sets a QA date of Apr. 17th. Thanks for the new upgrade. It looks fabulous now, with no missing surfaces and the 3D-drag-rotation. It doesn't feel right to use though. I am currently working on a Vector interface for the RCX. Th compass module itself is rather large, I have had to make a 5 x 5 x 3high "brick" to house it and the interface. This is bigger than the Dinsmore compass and interface "brick" but I'm (...) (26 years ago, 1-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)

This would also be great for someone who has a large collection (like most people who play with Legos do), as it would enable them to quickly separate the pieces needed to construct each set before building. I've tried using the Download firmware option of NQC for downloading the new firmware. Unfortunately it downloads to about 2489 and then errors out. I was just helping my baby-sittees organize their lego when I ran into a 1x1x1 convex corner slope piece. The only way to decribe it otherwise is: this piece is what you'd get if you would cut the 1x2x1 slope peak into two right down the middle. I (...) (...) I found the problem... When verifying the checksum, the ROM scans [8000, cc00). Since it zeros out this area initially, this would indeed reflect the checksum of the firmware, provided it is less than 4400 bytes long (in hex). NQC sums the (...) Sadly, I wasted an hour and a half trip this morning to the Imagination Center in Orlando hoping that the soccer sets would be there (they usually get stock in about 2-3 weeks before the stores do, I have found). Sorry, my original post didn't have correct positioning of the parts. This one has the pieces pushed in all the way. I like this mount because when the wheel are folded under, they fit inside the wheel well because the pivot point is high and close (...) (26 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)
