Sorry, my original post didn't have correct positioning of the parts. This
one has the pieces pushed in all the way. I like this mount because when
the wheel are folded under, they fit inside the wheel well because the pivot
point is high and close to the wheel. Also the mechanisn is simpler,
although it lacks the friction that the mount designed by Mouser X had which
holds the wheel in either position.
