While I don't think that this is a case stealing, my initial read on
your post was some sort of gloating. Sure s@h messed up, you probably
deserve to keep the uncharged ones.
However... If you're going to post about it to a board that TLC reads
you should also contact them directly and tell them. I would(1).

Not LEGO stuff, but still it's the same principle.
