8094 mod: automatic plotter (memorizes in control center)

Hi, I've been building the 8094 models recently with my 8485 (and spares.) Then I realized that the 8094's original plotter model really sucks: you can't really memorize a pattern to let the machine write for you since the pen needs to be lifted and (...)   RunBot

I saw this on Slashdot: (URL) find it interesting that parts of this robot are TECHNIC-esque. That and the fact that the robot walks and runs like a real person. (17 years ago, 13-Jul-07, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic)

  Re: Turnpike, Train MOC

(...) Hi Glen, that's a really nice MOC. The tractor looks great, and I like all the mechanics. And as for pneumatics, I'd really like a cylinder that has attachment points at the front (where the rod comes out) as well as the back. BTW, in (...) (17 years ago, 8-Jul-07, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Robo Quad - Stage Ten - Project Completed

(...) Wait, what? You're retiring? Not from building, I hope. I've always enjoyed seeing your giant mecha creations and have often wondered how you can afford the parts to build them. :) (17 years ago, 3-Jul-07, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

Re Rafe Donahue's GBC binary counter

I saw this and was reminded of Rafe's binary counter: (URL) a marble-powered binary adder. Rafe's counter could do this with a tiny bit of modification.
