you listen to music? Do you keep the TV on? Is silence golden?

I make mostly space and sci fi stuff so I usually break out electronic
music while building. If I'm feeling energetic its usually Trance like Sasha
or Paul Van Dyke. If I'm kinda mellow it would be something ambient like
FSOL or Orb. Midway between these would be maybe Orbital, Underworld or
Plaid. I listen to all sorts of music but I love a good beat while building.
For late night building on weekends its sometimes nice to leave the TV on
the History channel or another network without infomercials.

So how bout you guys?

Hmmm...  I listen mostly to classical music (but none of the boring stuff)
or NPR.  I just can't build not listening to something.

O.K. I know I'm weird.
