Hi,
there are two ways to buys spare parts from the Service catalog:
1) Post the order to Lego France with a check (from a French bank); parts
will be delivered within a week ONLY to an address in France (or
Principality of Monaco, where I live)
2) Use that damn little box called Minitel, a really precursor of the
e-commerce and internet stuff, which very spread all through France. With
this you need a Carte Blue to pay on-line the order (Carte Blue is similar
to a Visa but much more flexible and, guess, is only delivered by French
banks to French customers...)
