No piracy involved Eric. Brickshelf, Jlug and yourself are hosted in the US and
are subject to US Fair Use provisions to copyright law. I am based in the UK and
subject to UK Fair Use provisions which are broader than US ones. If you wish to
try to sue me in Australia which has no Fair Use provisions feel free but I
imagine the Courts would throw the case out.
From The US Copyright Office:
The 1961 Report of the Register of Copyrights on the General Revision of the
U.S. Copyright Law cites examples of activities that courts have regarded as
fair use: ...use in a parody of some of the content of the work parodied...
I will take time to point out something you may have forgotten. You once pirated
someones work in a non-parodic and for-profit use and when criticised for it
responded HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH...HAHAHA

| Come on Jeff, what Tim did was wrong and no one should be subject to that kind of piracy and foul treatment. Nothing more, nothing less. I'd like to hear your lofty opinion of them apples.... Eric Sophie (18 years ago, 12-Aug-06, to lugnet.people.support)
