Heh. It's not so bad. First thing you do is you put away your
weapons; a couple of punches, and he'll put his away too. Then it's
stick and move. Run away from him, and find a range where when he
tries to attack you he'll fall short, then run up and use your
combination hit on him and run away again. When he starts teleporting
around, he'll appear right next to you; if he appears (say) above you,
move left or right (in other words, not towards or away from him).
He'll attack and miss, and you can go in and combo him while he's
recovering. When he starts to spaz out and shoot lightning, draw your
gun again and finish him off.
...say, anybody make Metal Gear minifigs? n_n
