As Clinton will always be remembered primarily for his infidelity they seek to
tear down past presidents in order to make Clinton’s transgressions look more
common place.

What planet are you from?  When I am lucky I commit these "transgressions"
on a nightly basis.

Say again?  If you cheat on your wife, no matter how often, then you are a
disgusting pig.

JOHN

What if, in a person's chosen ideology, the fact that someone has relations
with others are not their spouse is not only acceptible but welcomed, would
they then be the disgusting pig that you referred to?  What if the same
person didn't choose this ideology but it was part of the culture they were
brought up in, would they be a disgusting pig then?  Think before you label.

You bring up exceptions, which are not to what I was referring.  Speaking about
the Clintons, I am sure that they got married in a Christian church and
exchanged wedding vows (if I am wrong in this assumption, then I retract my
condemnation).  These vows no doubt stated promises of fidelity, of
faithfulness to each other.

"Faithful": "Firm in adherence to promises, oaths, contracts, treaties, or
other engagements."

People who lie, cheat, break promises are immoral and contemptable.  People who
do this to their spouse are particularily disgusting.

RM implied that he carried on the same type of behavior that Clinton did, which
I find loathsome.  *He* labeled himself, not I.  Perhaps he isn't even married,
and was just trying to be funny in some inappropriate way (for a family forum,
that is).  I neither know nor care.

Your tangental hypotheticals about personal ideologies are, while interesting,
beside the point.

JOHN
