Dave K and Larry have both already answered this for me, but I'll
underscore their points in case you missed them.
In http://news.lugnet.com/off-topic/debate/?n=20473 I had a go at
identifying various kinds/degrees of atheism. In one of these, I
speculated, someone might accept the existence of a god-figure but wouldn't
worship that god-figure as his own deity.
Whether that notion is correct or not, I pointed out that I do *not* hold
that view. Here's the relevant line:

Doesn't sound very Christian to me.
I've read a number of your posts, and they come across as a lot of bluster
without a lot of precision. That's your right, of course, and I welcome
another viewpoint in the debate forum, but I'd advise you to be aware of the
ambient conditions (who the players are, as Dave K has written) or your
arguments will seem ill-researched and without a lot of substance. Do a
search for "Schuler," "atheism," "belief," "God," and/or "Christian," and
you'll get a smattering of posts in which to assess my views.
