Hrmmm - does the store in MOA count as an LIC?  I know they ship.

They bill themselves as an LIC.

Not
sure about the one next to DisneyWorld, though.

When I was there (at Disney Village) last month, I was told that they
would ship. I have some cards they gave me with their addy and fax and
so forth... <roots> Nope, gone on walkabout at the moment.

Both LIC's (Disney & MOC) will (or did last year) ship with a stepped
shipping rate, on phone orders.  Disney will ship if you are there on
vacation/business and don't want to lug it all back on the plane, but they
don't waive the FL sales tax if you do.

I don't know if any of these policies have changed with the advent of Lego
Direct such as the case of Buffy (?) in VA.
