I can tell you from experience it DOES do that - the directions for my Mosaic had 2 rows of black on the bottom that weren't on the original or saved-as-ordered picture. You think that's bad, at KB toys online it's $3.00 base plus a $1.50 for each item shipped. It's only really worth it if you buy a couple of big sets at the same time with a decent discount. In the US it's sometimes a promotional set, as in, TRU tried to GIVE them away with purchase of any $20 Lego set. At one TRU I saw dozens of them sit there for a long long time. The reason that they arent allowed to sell the larger sets yet would be this: they only have a limited supply of the larger sets and once thats gone they cant just call up lego or shell and get more AFAIK. I found all these sets except for Belville today in Western Washington State. Different stations seem to have different sales policies. - At one station it was one and only one (Grrrr!) small set per fill up for $1.49 or $4.49 without the gas. The (...)
