  Introducing the LUG Box
 
(...) With that being said, I'd like to announce that LUGOLA will be starting a *LUG box on November 4th. Ideally, we'd love to ship it to a LUG that is meeting on the 11th or 18th so it can begin moving. The idea is to get another activity going at (...) Yes I took the Brick :) couldn't resist, One brick closer to MIBO now! (anyone want to toss some turntables in the next box!!) What I forgot to mention last night was that a couple things dissapointed me about the box: 1. Somewhere in the past few folks it went through a smokers house, and will have a new box when I send it along (hmm, Shiri, will this be a problem for you? (...) The Weeks box has been passed on to Shiri. I switched out the box with one which didn't smell like a chimney. I also sort of organized some of the parts (though my contribution is in a separate bag). Well, I just go the box back yesterday and just looked through it today. I have to say that I am less than enthused. I think that the value of the box is similar to how it was before I dropped the RCX in. So basically, I think it lost about $50 (...) (23 years ago, 11-Jan-01, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

This is kind of confusing here. I admit that I don't sell parts and might not have the best idea of what parts are worth but I took very little out, so I think my trades were fair.
