James I'm happy to support you doing it, as there hasn't been a whole lot of
people putting there hand up. Even if a couple of others do (thanks Travis!) it
might't hurt to have more than 1 go-to person.

I'm certainly happy with a smaller start. I think I would consider 60 registered
attendees a huge success!

I think a good 'fest needs 1 or 2 grandiose creations. But even BrickFest
consists overwhelmingly of smaller, simpler creations, I think we could do a
great show.

I would be happy to help in any theme, I could co-ordinate technic/mindstorms I
think (small though it may be).
I have a question too, would AFOLs be interested in any sessions on aspects of
LEGO? I have found these to be interesting and sometimes even fun at BrickFest,
but they take a bit of work to organise too, and you need stuff like a meeting
room with display paraphenalia (whiteboard, maybe projecter etc).

Are there that many AFOLs in Australia?????? LOL
