It's funny how different people look at the process of building a large set
like this. For me, it's not how fast can I do it, but rather the exact
opposite. How long can I stretch this out? How much patience can I
practice? I often start and stop building throughout an afternoon or an
evening, sometimes while watching a movie etc.... just to make the building
experience last longer.
Building a big LEGO model is like enjoying a bottle of fine wine. It is
meant to be sipped, not gulped. :)
But again, everyone's different.

| (...) Stretching it out still works of course. Just count the time you spend building and add it up. Then you can take time with breaks, and still have a spent amount of building. Just don't cheat though : ) Hasta La Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 4-Nov-02, to lugnet.general)

| (...) I can relate to this. I have a special tic... eh, trick to savour and expand the building experience in such a way that it takes me at least twice as long to finish. I carefully inspect every piece to be placed, find out in what direction the (...) (22 years ago, 6-Nov-02, to lugnet.general)
