The old space backpack with a control panel w/stud on the front was a bit
like this.  Not a good look for castle though :)

Anyway, being a system fan mainly, I'd like to see a whole lot more minifig
accessories.  Here's a couple ideas I have floating around...

Aprons - No, not for your aerodrome.  They could be like capes, with a
single neckhole and string tied behind the 'figs back.  Perhaps also with a
front pocket to hold tools etc.  For blacksmiths as well as housewives.

Berets - Real ones, not the pirate scarf (which is the closest so far i
think).  These are necessary for your crack commando squad, or french
impressionist painter (or crack squads *of* french impressionist painters,
obviously :P)

Lastly a double-sided 1x1 tile w/clip on top.  These would be real good for
bayonets (not that lego products should be used for violence... perish the
thought!)

Well, that's my 3.86c worth (what with the exchange rate n'all)

How about the minifig hats which, so far as I know, have appeared only on the LEGOLAND mascot/ambassador key chain. It's a black "military-style" hat, visible at: (URL) scroll down to the images called "Wing Commander's hat" (...) [snip] (...) (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Didn't the original Blacksmith Shop use a brown cape worn in front to simulate a leather apron? They could make the cape in white for Town use in this way... -H. (23 years ago, 20-Dec-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.dear-lego)

Hi all, I was pondering an interesting thought earlier. I'll open it to all of you too. What one (or more) piece(s), NOT yet made (i.e., no mold has ever existed for it) would you like to see LEGO make? Simple question. And no, existing parts in off (...)
