For most countries' fleets/ships/captains the whole point of shooting at an opposing ship was to disable it, board it and force the crew (or what was left of them) to surrender. I'm working on making stats for a LEGO motorcycle in BrikWars. But, when I work it all out, it comes up with 0.5 inch for a movement rate.
