But I just choose Dark Gray cause it’s not as readily available as other
colors. Plus, any Castle in solid Dark Gray would truly appear ominous.

Agreed, but it just seemed likely that Lego Direct would want to
consolidate their gains and improve/extent their current endeavors…
Cause, they already gambled upon Legends, Classics, and MOC’s.
I just thought that to add “Variants” would be another big venture
that would be more easily swolled by TLG in a package of a pre-
existing theme like ‘Classics.’

This is exactly why the 375/6075 Yellow Castle should be remade
in “Variant” form. Because mass quantities of Dark Gray aren’t
easily available to the general public. The appeal would be quite
wide ranging I believe!

Indeed, I do believe Franks adaptation is a particularly well done version!
Some times a variation can actually enhance an actual model.

| Hm, very tantalising subject. Do we still do polls somewhere in the community? If so, I'm very curious about the outcome of the following question: Would you buy a re-issue of set #375/6075 (Yellow Castle) preferebly in a Light and/or Dark Gray (...) (24 years ago, 29-Jul-02, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.castle)
