Soooo many concepts…
Sooo little time!
Sorry to reply to my own post,
BUT
This notion of Multi-Color Mixin’
in “Variants” has got me thinking.
You know how TLG has been neglecting
Technic…well they could now re-issue old
Technic sets under the guise of “Variants”
rather than “Legends!!!”
(Let’s face-it, as much as we all luv
and cherish Technic, the likelihood
of Lego producing a Technic
“Legend” is quite slim!)
Therefore, let us ‘kill two birds with one stone.’
Not only would a Technic “Variant” bring back
a great old Tech set, but it’d also (and here’s the
best part) offer the set in a color that Technic has
NEVER been offered in before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can agree that a twenty year old Technic set has less technological appeal today, but it would still have the (...) (22 years ago, 31-Jul-02, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic, lugnet.general)

(((Multi-Color Mixin’))) A Dark-Gray 375/6075 speckled with standard Gray and sand-Blue would indeed offer a well-weathered (...) (22 years ago, 31-Jul-02, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)
