I'd be much obliged if everyone could
restore my subject title once it goes wonky!

I don’t full understand why it happens…
But Fredrik Glöckner was kind enough to give a partial explination

BTW, you appear to use a lot of characters which are not in the
ISO-8859-1 charactes set, like “, ” and ‘.  Still, your
article is coded to use this character set:
   Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
Perhaps there is a different character set which
includes the missing characters?

And yes this HAS happened to my posts before…
And yes it’s probably cause I use exotic font characters…
And yes I do pre-type my posts in a Microsoft Word document…
BUT, why does it appear occur infrequently/randomly?
Outta like 48 post this phenomenon happened like (3)thrice.
(The other individuals who posted just didn’t correct it.)

Thus, the question is why does it appear to occur randomly?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

         ¤Sincerely,

                       --==RïçhårÐ==--
