    The Lego Beretta just won't die —Jeff Boen
   Last week someone in the world posted the Lego Beretta Series 92 9mm pistol that I built over a year ago on www.fark.com. (URL) page typically gets like 20 hits a week. Lately it's getting over 8000 a day. And many of these people have been pointed (...) (23 years ago, 27-Nov-01, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.general) !!

(Those who seriously consider Lego a weapon already have serious issues that this particular model won't affect one way or another.) Folks tend to associate with (...) Well, you could probably model more standard ammo with just 1x1 rounds (pun not intended!) - the stud would give the appearance of a "round" tip...use grey for the bullet & colour of your choice for the casing. If he built an all plastic, working, lethal hand gun that could be assembled and disassembled from easily obtainable parts, you'd have a point. Something (...) You can kill some one with a fork or spoon if you try. any one against guns is nuts. the followers of christ where commanded to "arm them selfs against the enemy". peter carried his sword (...)      (...) Dunno, but it may be something to do with the increased inertia of the longer barrel - takes more explosion to get it to start rotating. The same pistol with a shorter barrel weighs surprisingly less (and the weight distribution is different); ditto pistols vs. rifles. Given the same amount of (...)
