Just as another data point, I don’t agree -- I read it cover-to-cover and
while I did know some of the content already, much of it was new, and it was
all enjoyable reading.

One of the challenges BrickJournal faces is trying to stay timely, given that
I am making this quarterly. Because of the lengthy period between issues and the
nature of the typical AFOL (wanting to find out things that are generally meant
to be secret), BrickJournal is at a disadvantage in trying to get news scoops,
and I have an expectation of some old information coming out...I just want it
presented in a nice professional manner.
BrickJournal is perfect to be a
more thorough place of information and reference for the AFOL. Imagine having a
book that would be at your desk that would have info on a building method. Or a
mag to show to a friend about the hobby....that’s the mag I wanted, and I sorta
did it with the help of a lot of friends!
