Hey guys, Ask for "Sally Hansen(R)" No More Mistakes(tm) MANICURE CLEANUP STICK. It's not perfectly effective (leaves behind some bumpy buildup even after the color has dissolved away) but it can quickly remove Star Wars printing from 1x1 green (...) (24 years ago, 24-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains)

Hello, I was just checking out what's new in the Brickshelf gallery and I came across some great bus and train MOCs posted by a gentleman named Jerome Tessier. Has anyone else had a play with making brakes for a particular lego car? I've been bashing around this evening with small Pn. cylinders, and gears, and a bunch of other parts, and think I have come up with a workable (but boxcar sized) solution to (...) (24 years ago, 23-Oct-00, to lugnet.trains)

A while back I had some fun building some 4 wide train cars which were amazingly similar to HO scale in model railroading. Well, my daughter and son (12 & 10) thought it would be fun to build some *2* wide train cars, and so that is what they did. I (...) Great news, but it is typical lego to offer the train base in BLACK, but to only offer the doors and windows in BLUE and GRAY. Would be nice to be able to build SOMETHING in all the same color....
