For anyone intertested, walmart.com is selling the cahdok / gahdok (#8558) set for $15 on clearance. I didn't really care for the set built to the instructions, but it has lots of great parts including a dozen of the double action click hinges. Lime Green fire tricks were big in the 70's. Sometime back in the late 60's early 70's someone did a study and came to the conclusion that people see the Lime Green colors better in traffic. As a consequence, ALOT of city's painted their trucks (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

I'm not to happy about the bodypanels myself, even if I have 2x 8466, 8461 and 8458 set, all with lots of those panels. I think I just have to learn to build with them. I am happy to see both sets. I agree that the backhoe is the better of the two, but I will plan on getting at least one of each.
