would be just under 2/3rds the length of an imperial-class star
destroyer(1.6 Km or a mile)

(...) Hm, I thought that Enterprise-D was 2000 ft long, as the original ship was in the 950 ft length (Enterprise-A went to 1000 feet), and D was supposed to be twice and long and twice as high. My thought is that Enterprise-D would be smaller to (...) (22 years ago, 16-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space)
