Well I do one of three things...
1. Build, photograph and keep.
These are mostly creations for...
a. My son's Shelf Railway
b. NELUG Train Layout
c. Brikwars stuff that kicks butt
d. A few things like by B-Wing that I can't bear to take apart.
2. Build, photograph and tear down.
This doesn't happen very often because I usually don't photograph
something unless I really like it, which means it tends to stay together.
3. Build and Destroy within days.
This happens a lot. My "failures" happen about 10 times as often as my
successes. I usually know something doesn't work pretty fast and will
reconstitute it into the collective pretty quick.
All that being said I have several tubs full of half built or failed projects
that need to be disassembled and reconstituted. Unfortunately because I am
limited to the back corner of our unheated basement because of our baby in the
house I use what time I have to build, not sort. As the weather gets nicer I
will probably start into sorting all that stuff but right now it just isn't
worth it to me. If we ever get around to building that addition my wife and I
talk about she promises me I will be able to keep my LEGO locked up in one of
the smaller bedrooms, I think I could stand not being able to buy LEGO for a
while if I could only have a heated room!

| After looking once more at Dan Jassim's latest minifig carrier, a question came to mind I wanted to ask him but it could also be posed to everyone. Just to satisfy my curiousity, of course. :) (To Dan) Did you have to tear down your original carrier (...) (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.space, lugnet.build)
