Hmm, I guess my one song then would be the last movement of Beethoven's
9th, otherwise known as Hymn to Joy (in instrumental form - preferably
played on an organ). Or there's the French like gibberish song I sing
frequently (I have no idea if it is based in any song I've heard, or
where it comes from, and I'm sure it changes slightly, but there are
definitely a general pattern to it).
Of course one thing I absolutely hate is being pinned down to one
favorite, or one defining trait, or any other limitation of who I am. I
don't have a favorite book (though when forced to pick a single favorite
author, my choice is C.J. Cherryh) or a favorite album (but when forced
to pick a single group, my choice is Yes), or even a favorite color (but
when pressed, it's blue, but I like maroon, and teal, olive and similar
greens, and more [I think my favorite colors either fit "earthy" colors
or "watery" colors, and as somewhat of a rationalist, I'm amazed at how
close to descriptive of me things like my being a Pisces are]), or a
favorite them (but again, when pressed for a single answer, Pirates, and
if pressed for a single set, 6285 Black Seas Barracuda).
