Ah yes, "Midge", quite the babe. Not sure why I remember that.
Anyhoo..., I believe they used to print it as "D'uh" or "D-uh" in
the Archie books. It's like it is two syllables crammed together,
or at least there's an inflection when pronouncing it. That's
how I hear it on cartoons on TV. You have to talk like your
lower lip has been frozen by a dentist... ;]
