My suggestion is to perhaps create the following new groups...
In the lugnet.lego.direct hirearchy.
lugnet.lego.direct.complaints ( Polite complaints reagarding The Lego
groups,products, services or bussiness practices..)
lugnet.lego.direct.customer-service (Customer service issues.)
lugnet.lego.direct.suggest.parts (For suggesting potential new parts)
lugnet.lego.direct.suggest.sets ( For suggesting potentail new sets)
lugent.lego.direct.suggest.misc ( Suggestions that don't fit in the other
suggest groups...)
lugnet.lego.direct.abuse.report ( Reporting of Trademark misuse and related
issues..)
At least this way The Lego Group employees reading it can redirect the
comments to the appropriate people more easily.
lugnet.dear-lego.vent
lugnet.dear-lego.praise...
lugent.dear-lego.suggest (Suggestions for new Ideas to be considered)
Simpler a dear-lego is not nessacirly meant to be read by TLG/TLC..
