Todd, of course you have the rule, and it will be your decision at the
end but since you asked for opinions, I go for a very strong NO!
You have reasons to consider for doing such a thing but I don't believe
it would add any good to Lugnet. Actually all of the things that I can
say against it was already said by many other fellows, but since I think
one more vote is one more vote, I just give the example below:
"Yeah, you are right, I already commented about your mother's sexual
abilities last week, but you know, it was on .flame, do not take it
seriously, so we are friends again right?"
Wouldn't work.
The only thing this proposed group would add is hatred and more bad
feelings. It would supply us with a tool to make small debates/fights
irrecoverably deep. We must obey some rules to live in any community,
and I can't see any other healthy communities supplying means to able
its members puking others' faces, because it is not necessary. It's just
against philosophy of living together within a community

| (...) This is absolutely true. If you write that (or worse) to/about me, I won't forget it and you will basically forever count as worthless in my book. And I won't ever seperate that from other contributions that you might make. I think this is the (...) (24 years ago, 27-Oct-00, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
