Just as with the eBay threads, JSA is right, as usual. As far as he

Todd can make use of to make things run better (not that he HAS to, just
that he might want to and we'd all be delighted if he did)...

If it does, our discussion is not just a bunch of whining, but is in
fact useful.

To that end, are there changes in the public parts of the process that
could be made (other than size reduction which will reduce turnaround
time) to help buyers feel more comfortable with the process?
