You received regular updates; didn't you save one?

I've never experienced a mistake with AucZILLA. If I did, I'm sure it
would be corrected immediately. AucZILLA may have a long delivery time,
but I feel that is more than compensated for by a. that it happens at
all, and b. it is so organized and informative

The solution is simple: You pays your money and you takes your choice.
If AucZILLA doesn't suit you, don't participate. If AucZILLA VII was
your first, you had ample opportunity to learn how it works and what to
expect. AucZILLA is what it is; it ain't broke; it doesn't need fixing.
