I don't know that anything is "broken" with AucZILLA, I just think
that the size of the auction is just far too huge for two people to
run with any hope of speed if they actually want to have real lives.
I know it took me a matter of weeks to do the sorting and shipping for
the largest auction I ran, probably about 10,000 pieces. That was me
and Rachael devoting a couple of hours most nights to it - we couldn't
do more and stay sane.
I personally think the lag time between the end of the auction and the
time I receive the winnings is too long. Not long enough to bother
me, not long enough for me to complain about it, but it is too long.
I know it's not because Todd and Suzanne aren't working on it, though.
I just get the feeling that Todd is the kind of person who always has
a lot of irons in the fire and, fortunately or unfortunately depending
on how you look at it, no one iron gets the most attention.
I'd like to say that I don't perceive what you're saying as a slam
against Todd. I know some newbies whine from time to time about the
lag time, and none of us are doing that.
All I can say is I understand how it can take so long - been there.
