the pickiest 10% - perhaps we can now hope for better sets...
The UCS and LEGO Direct both are IMO directed squarely at us.

I'd say we are the least picky part of the market.  We go out and buy
everything because we know we will find some use for the parts.  We are just
the best at communicating our displeasure directly with TLC.  I hope they
realize that kids and parents say *exactly* the same things we do about their
product.
