Hey all, It took some time, but I've finally come to a very sad decision: I will no longer purchase any new Lego and I will no longer declare myself an advocate for TLG. I might have been able to tolerate the color change, but the click-hinge (...) (22 years ago, 8-Jul-04, to lugnet.general) !

Very nice. While I personally would have used plates/slopes in such an endeavor, I will say that using strictly bricks still looks VERY nice, I certainly can't fault the final product. Hi all! Last week when flying Finnair, I noticed this new plane. Unfortunately there is no set number. It looks good to me, there seem to be a pilot in it. Thanks for the tip about stacking plate tolerances, Jake. A related effect occurs with some 1x2 bricks (first obvious to me with sand red). Jake, I have no problem with the quality. From time to time there will always be parts that are not perfect. Take for example the 1 dot color parts. Sometimes a part has the bottom broken or cracked. I've had a number of people ask me about a perceived quality issue lately: If you take a number of plates and create two or more large stacks, they tend to be differing heights. Once I lent my Little Blue Bot to someone so they could render it, and when they returned it, it reeked like an ashtray. I was pi$$ed. It took weeks to get the cig smoke to air out/off. On occasion, I bring my Robots to Night Clubs and Bars or (...) (22 years ago, 30-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
