I think both the 'realistic' and the 'idealized' renderings have their
place. For building instructions, I don't want realism, but clarity. But I
*really* dig a realistic rendering that can fool people it's a photo!

| (...) If you haven't already, check the link that Lars C Hassing posted to the POV-Ray users' forum. The "JRG" person posted his custom colour and finish declarations there. It's interesting to note that he achieves the effect by disposing of the (...) (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.cad.ray)
