Two small problems...
1. you have to create the graphic. For a complex torso this is hard. 2D helps
but there still are a lot of triangles. Hence my suggestion for an authoring
tool to help with this task.
(if MLCad could allow display a bitmapped background in one of the design
windows, it might be able to do what I discribed except for the edge
recognition and initial line suggestion)
2. Once you have it, you cannot place it exactly coplanar with the part, as
which triangles will show is problematic. You have to place it somewhat in
front of the part surface you want to put the "sticker" on.
Let's keep brainstorming, though
