It's the good old v1.3 from 20010120, but you get i before the Linux people :-) Since I don't have much experience in the Mac and only limited access, I'll leave the testing to you guys. hi folks, a few days ago I had a discussion with Chris Dee about the two sections of reference-pages on ldraw.org. to me it is not comprehensible why the general reference page has a direct link at the homepage, while the more useful specifications (...) Awesome! The mouse behavior is very intuitive. Click on part to select. Click and drag to rotate model. If no part is selected then the arrow keys pan. Hehehe. I don't think ldglite broke with 10.2... I had a bad LDRAW folder (well, it wasn't the linux distro). Anyway, at least I found out that the makefile needs to be fixed: (...) I am really confused about the variations on the 24-tooth Technic gear which appear in quite a number of the sets I am attempting to inventory/verify. I think the reason for the capital .DAT extension is because LDraw was original DOS. If you install the original package under windows, all directories and files will be capitals as well. Furthermore I do not experience any problems with lower or (...) (22 years ago, 26-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

It seems like a while back, parts were supposed to have the extension ".DAT". But I'm seeing that all the links on ldraw.org seem to point to files with ".dat" at the end. What's the scoop- are lower-case filenames considered ideal now? Which ldraw (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

When authoring "glass" parts, should I include BFC statements? It seems like we wouldn't want to cull because all surfaces should be visible from any direction. On the other hand, BFC is a performance optimization and transparent surfaces are (...) (22 years ago, 25-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dev)

(...) I just checked and the SourceForge compile farm only has 10.1 available so I can't compile it on 10.2 right now. Didn't Apple switch to make extensive use of OpenGL in the 10.2 desktop? The ldglite window in Mac OS X 10.2.2 shows nothing... I am assuming it broke in 10.2. Apple changed quite a bit between 10.1 and 10.2. It probably just needs to be rebuilt. James (22 years ago, 25-Nov-02, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

I like having a parts list. It makes a HUGE difference. I also love being able to click and drag the parts. What determines what plane the part is dragged in?
