As the BZPower Administrator, I would like to discuss Dave’s participation
at BZPower since you have brought it up.
Dave is one of our moderators. He is in charge of the BBC forum and does his
job quite well when he is at BZPower. He also had run two of our 8 contests.
Whatever he has done at BZPower he has done with heart and dedication.
However, something happened last month that hindered his usual active role
at BZPower. Saying he has 2000+ posts and comparing that to his “active”
role at BZP currently is a bit inaccurate. If you did a search for his posts
in the past 30 days they have been almost non-existent Why you might ask? He
has been having personal issues at home that he may not like to talk about
in public. He has told me that he should be back up to speed later this month.
If you want to de-throne one of the pillars of the LEGO community because
you cannot wait a few weeks. that is your choice and ultimately the choice
of Suz. However, I would advise first hearing from Dave before making
anymore accusations and practically calling him a failure in anything he has
done for you and the LEGO community.
Please, you can also make a point without using such nasty rhetoric. It's
not becoming of a group that is supposed to be civilized.

| I call it like I see it. We have not had an update in 4 months. While I came off as very serious, the fact still remains that he is MIA as far as I'm concerned. A responsible person communicates. | Thanks T, just to clear things up a bit, while our groups sits, dull and boring, a simple search on BZpower site shows over Two thousand posts by Dave, as well as being a moderator in several groups. AND running the last couple of contests over (...) (22 years ago, 7-Feb-03, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.admin.suggestions)
