Now that this is somewhat resolved I figure I'll pipe in.
I know both Eric and Dave well. We are all friends and have been for several
years now. I have found both men to be extremely generous with ideas, time,
and (most importantly) parts.
IMO what we have here is two very passionate men seeing things from
different points of view. Neither is all wrong yet neither is completely
right. Both view points have some validity. What happened here is real. It
has a certain truth to it that I would like to see happen more in .mecha.
The truth is sometimes people has disagreements, sometimes they are ugly,
but that doesn't undermine the love and respect of those people.
I used to fist fight with my friends. Sure we'd beat each other up a bit,
but in the end we would always be friends.

| both these guys are good people, i don't see why they need to fight over something so trivial as a website! i reallize that the issue is resolved, and that i'm a little late in saying this, but i felt it needed to be heard...no insult inrended (...)
