Maybe we should take this offline to dig in further on cracking but I see
this as really hard to crack. If you have some ideas on how to crack it, I
suggest you send them directly to Todd so he can see if there's some angle
he overlooked. I just don't see it from the outsider's perspective.
And yes, unfortunately I have to lock my car door when I park, too. It's
inconvenient and it means the thieves have gotten me to do something
inconvenient that I would rather not have done, but it's a tradeoff I am
willing to make in order not to suffer from thieves.
You may not agree since you saw MM as less disruptive (and others, valuable
members of the community who nonetheless get into flamewars over in .debate,
as more disruptive) than I do, but I saw MM as hugely disruptive. Giving him
back his posting privileges would have been, in my opinion, a very large
mistake.
