(...) Classic Space and Star Wars have two distinct looks. I think the only real difference between the Adventurer's line and anything they do with Indiana Jones would be in the characters. Here's a technique I've been cooking for a while. I chose the CSF banner as inspiration for my first design in order to start with something at least somewhat recognizable. Very nice Dan, I do like the smoothness of it, especially underneath, but I agree that it could use a little texture on the sides (or how about some unit markings or something).
