I started downloading the instructions back in 1999. Whenever something new became available, I would download it. Slow and steady. Easy like Sunday mornin'. I doubt this bothered Kevin :) Along the way, I would replace brickshelf scans with better (...) (21 years ago, 29-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Hi Anders, As I've already wrote on Lowlug I think your model is excellent! How did you get all those pieces? I especially like the accurate Goldhofer. LLCA and lego.com have both stopped selling mosaics. What's going on? Is it just a changeover for the new grays, a redfinitiion of the product, or the end of 48 x 48 mosaic sets? The seemed popular enough at LLCA! -Ted (21 years ago, 27-May-05, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

(...) LDView supports 24-bit extended colors (color numbers 0x02000000-0x03FFFFFF, see (URL) here>). Does LDGLite? If so, just specify the RGB color, instead of the LDraw color. If not, you could still do this for LDView, and use the 12-bit dither (...) (21 years ago, 27-May-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
