I have a similar problem:
pack_callout: accumulated width too large
but AFAIK it is not a recursive call problem...


I got this one fixed: it was caused by the "0 ROTSTEP END" at the end of the
subfile (actually a plain 0 STEP at the end also brings on this behaviour)
