While we waited... more foilage IS on the list for production, LD is aware
"do you look at what people buy on eBay? (asked as a followup)" Yes. It's
not a totally accurate factor... does 1 person buying 6 cypress for 110 mean
that there is a huge market at 50 cents a tree? Not necessarily. There are
other factors.

Larry, this post of yours was almost incoherent!

Sorry! I was trying to type it as fast as Brad said it, it was the end of
the session and the questions were coming fast and furious. What Brad was
getting as was this: The fact that 6 packs went to some one person at 110
means what? Nothing, really, as far as predicting what the correct price
point is. Yes, there is demand but how much would people pay? They don't
tend to use ebay pricing data for a great deal other than realising that
demand IS there, they conduct other studies to try to determine what the
price point can be.

(that is my interpretation/recollection, may not be 100% correct)

But I think I spot the word "foliage" in there -- any chance we can know
what is in the works?  I mean, if you can spill the beans on Metroliner and
the other car -- what can it hurt to tell us what variety of foliage we can
expect?  I want to have bucks set aside for all of the above...

I would tell you if Brad said! All he said was that they are aware of the
desire for more kinds and it is being looked at very hard and very seriously.

(...) As it should be, except that I'd like to think that price point has a lot to do with the manufacturing and distribution process and less to do with what we AFOL will pay for stuff. (...)
