Hi a;;,
Since I started this thread (about 3 years ago, he he) I bought and recieved
the caboose. It's nice! Only thing to yap about is that the elevated
section, which is closed at the bottom with a 4 x 6 plate... Could have done
better/different IMO. I did the window mod as proposed by Manfred and it
looks more "natural" indeed. Didn't like the ladder mod; it leaves you with
a strange half black half red step.
BTW I also bought the large loc with tender (in conservative black) and I'm
not too happy with it. The light implementation really sucks (excuse me),
and the overall design could be better.
Flat waggon is not bad though. Waiting for the green waggons.
Oh, I said it before and I say it again, where's the Miniland figs? Who's
gonna be the engineer?
Thanx all for responding, Jeroen

| Manfred, Thanks for this redesign of the Caboose. It is a great improvement in the appearance and the steps are certainly more secure. -- Bob Fay rfay@we.mediaone.net (URL) Moolhuysen" <moom@nospamchello.nl> wrote in message (...) (23 years ago, 1-Aug-01, to lugnet.trains)
