Another tangential question... why item #5?

An earlier version of my factoring form had the white image as
background for the whole thing, except the table cell at the very top
which is sort of a title block (that part now has white bricks, and the
rest of the form is plain white). I used the grey image there as
background. It looked really sharp.
Based on #5, I switched to just the white one, to comply, as I don't
want not to be in compliance, but I'm just curious as to why.

| (...) Hmm, good question. IIRC, #5 was written long before backgrounds could be put into tables. So the motivation behind #5 wouldn't have been aesthetic, but rather to limit the ripping off of the images as a collection. But #4 already addressed (...) (25 years ago, 22-Aug-99, to lugnet.publish)

| (...) Well if they're not text links, what are they to be then? You've removed the logo, right? So text is only choice available. Under the first numbered item, nothing other than backgrounds themselves is allowed to be copied and you don't support (...) (25 years ago, 21-Aug-99, to lugnet.publish)
