On a tangential topic... is it Fibblesnork, fibblesnork.com, or both
that you are asserting trademark on? (I assume both)
This discussion caused me to spend some time revising and extending my
Disclaimers Page (http://my.voyager.net/lar/disclaim.html) which I
happen to think is pretty comprehensive now, and a model to others.
In so doing I noticed that I was saying fibblesnork.com(tm) and changed
it to FibblesnorkTM (well, actually the TM superscript symbol in just
the latter case).
Before I go and fix all the other pages to change (tm) to the TM
superscript, what is your preference regarding f.com vs F ? I have a lot
of pages and would prefer to do the change once based on your
preference.
Also, I invite comment from anyone on my Disclaimers page. Did I miss
anything? Anything a bit TOO thorough?
